The 6’1’’ guard is coming off an impressive senior year with the Southmont High program. As a team, they finished the season with a 16-6 record, including going 6-4 in their conference play. Dinius is well known for his play on the defensive side of the ball. Throughout his senior year at Southmont, Dinius was consistently assigned the opposing team's best offensive guard. Jon Sparks, the Head Boy’s Basketball Coach at Southmont High reported, “Zach is going to be an asset to Lincoln Christian. It is fun to see Zach get the chance to play at the next level and pursue his passion.”
According to LCU Head Coach Mac Ingmire, “Zach is a great addition to our program for multiple reasons. On the court, he’s going to be a relentless defender who will come to work hard every day, whether it’s in practice or a game. More importantly, Zach is exactly the type of guy off the court that we want for this program. He excels in the classroom and he has a strong passion for what he wants to do with his life. I’m excited to have Zach be a part of this program for the next four years.”
