LCU's Human Resource Department supports and serves the institution by providing resources, training, collaboration, and encouragement to our most valued assets, LCU employeesallowing them to focus on mission and performance goals.

The Human Resource Office focuses on employee relations, administration, training, and management support. The purpose is to oversee and manage the areas of recruitment, selection, retention, training and development, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefit program management, governmental compliance, job analysis, and policy / procedure development and implementation.

Our office is located in the Fiscal Services Office at the main entrance of the Charles B. Mills Administration Building. Please stop by. We look forward to serving you.
