Statement of Seminary Educational Effectiveness

The Seminary at Lincoln Christian University offers rigorous Biblical and theological study to those with both practical ministry and academic interests. We strive to retain our students through to degree completion. Of those students who enrolled here for the first time in Fall 2011, 68% were still here for Fall 2012. Further, over the past five years, on average, 305 students have enrolled each fall, and during that same time period, on average, 56 students have graduated in the spring. Along their path to completion, our students tend to excel academically; the five year average student GPA for our students is 3.14. Finally, our students consistently rate their educational experience here as very positive. On a scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being the highest, for the past 5 years our students have, on average, rated the quality of teaching here at 4.5, the accessibility of faculty at 4.5 and their personal spiritual formation as 4.1.
