University (LCU). Join us, and learn practical skills for youth ministry and leadership from extraordinary examples. Spend in-depth
time with experienced youth ministers interested in personally helping you develop these leadership strengths. The registration fee
of $75 per individual will cover the costs of your room in the LCU residence halls and meals.

Emotional Strength: How to Lead from the Inside Out
Chip Maupin is a licensed counselor with Ogallala Counseling in Ogallala, NE. He holds a BS from Platte Valley Bible College and an MA in Marriage Family and Child Counseling from Pacific Christian College. He has been involved in ministry, youth ministry, and therapy for 25 years. He is married to Cheri, and they have two children, Mitchell and Philip. Participants will learn about themselves and will have their views of themselves and others challenged. They will also learn effective ways to deal with difficult people.

Creative Strength: How to Ignite to Creative Problem Solving
Justin Moxley serves as the President of The Heartland Project, a church planting ministry that serves the Heartland region of the U.S. Justin holds a B.S. in Christian Education from Manhattan Christian College and has served over 20 years in ministry. He has been married to Tiffany for 15 years and has two children, Zane 13 and Savannah 11.

Enduring Strength: How to Go for the Long Haul
Scott Greer is the Senior Minister at New Hope Christian Church in Bartlett, TN, a suburb of Memphis (home of Elvis and the Memphis Tigers). Scott also served in youth ministry for 22 years.
Scott has been married to his beautiful wife, Suzanne, for 33 years.They have three grown children who all love Jesus. Two are on the mission field and the third is a youth minister in Dallas. Scott and Suzanne have four gorgeous granddaughters, a handsome grandson (who Scott says favors him), and another grandson due in May.
Scott is a loyal Packers fan and delights in a cold Dr Pepper anytime of the day, but most of all he loves Jesus.

This summer youth event is provided by WorldViewEyes, a program designed to help youth and adults expand their minds, engage their culture, evaluate beliefs, and embrace a Christian worldview.
EXCHANGE Goals
1. To help high school youth develop the knowledge and skills to become better Christian leaders.
2. To offer adult youth workers the opportunity to share ideas and to interact one on one with successful ministry leaders.
3. To provide a "pre-college" experience for youth who desire to be effective Christian leaders as college students.
4. To deepen the awareness of, and commitment to, Biblical worldview thinking and action in young adults.
5. To expose Christian young people to a Christian college atmosphere that encourages questions and discussions relevant to the Christian faith.

Rob Maupin is a professor of Intercultural Studies at
Lincoln Christian University. He had nine years of successful youth
ministry in Missouri, Illinois, and Texas, and served for five
years as amissionary with a youth focus in Mexico City. He has degrees
from Ozark Christian College and Wheaton College. |

Rondel Ramsey |
Rondel Ramsey is professor of Youth Ministry at Lincoln Christian
University. Before coming to Lincoln, Rondel served for 15 years in
youth ministry. He has a B.A. and M.A. from Johnson Bible College. |
