Sam Rosa
Sam Rosa, a native of Campinas, Sao Paolo, Brazil, will be coaching his third season at Lincoln
Christian University in the fall. Sam brings considerable experience to the coaching field, having
played 10 years of soccer in Brazil, 5 years of which were on Brazilian professional feeder teams and
1 year on a 3rd Division professional team in the Brazilian National Soccer League. He also has two
years of college experience as a player and player/coach.
The son of a pastor, Sam has also been involved in church planting, youth and adult ministry in
Orlando, Florida. Before attending Lincoln Christian University, Sam attended and played at
Crossroads College in Rochester, Minnesota.
Sam lives in Jacksonville with his wife, Laura, and two sons (Sam Jr. and Caleb).
