Athletic Events
Our Athletics Department at Lincoln Christian University is one of our most treasured aspects of our Christian community. Look for athletic event announcements so you can join fellow students, athletes, and cheerleaders in support of LCU’s six athletic teams throughout the season. |

Christmas in the Chapel
An original Christmas production combining drama, singing, and the true meaning of Christmas, performed each year by the LCU Chorale. Try-outs for Chorale are at the beginning of fall semester. |

FOCUS
Focus is a completely student-led worship event that takes place every other Wednesday night at 9:15pm. It is planned for and by students. It is a time that brings growth and study alongside fellowship and community. |

Intramurals
The mission of the Lincoln Christian University Intramural Program is to enrich the LCU experience for all students, faculty and staff by providing quality opportunities for participation, healthy competition and leadership through organized recreational activities. All students CURRENTLY enrolled at Lincoln Christian University have the opportunity to participate in the LCU Intramural Sport Program. LCU faculty and staff are also welcome and encouraged to participate. |

Lectureships
Lincoln Christian University supports the efforts of our students, church members, and nearby residents to be lifelong learners. One of the ways that LCU assists in fulfilling this goal is by inviting to campus a wide variety of noted scholars, teachers, and preachers who are influencing the church and the world today. LCU Sings Out
Each year LCU's Student Cabinet hosts "LCU Sings Out," an American Idol-like event with faculty/staff judges and a wide variety of student talent. Look for flyers or ask a Student Cabinet member for more information about this event. |

Movies in the Chapel
LCU's Student Cabinet is dedicated to forming community on the LCU campus. As part of that mission, the Student Cabinet hosts "Movies in the Chapel," a time for students to get together, watch, and analyze popular films. |

Run for your Life
Each year LCU hosts a 2 mile run/walk race called “Run for your Life,” to promote health and wellness in our community. The success of this event is credited to the LCU students, faculty, and staff who participate and volunteer in this community activity! Theater
It has been the tradition of Lincoln Christian University to produce a fall play and a spring musical. Try-outs will be announced and notifications will be posted about try-out times and dates. |
Student Organizations

American Association of Christian Counselors (AACC) - Student Chapter
Sponsor: A Student Chapter of the professional organization, AACC assists in keeping a variety of Christians in the helping profession connected with one another. The LCU Student Chapter organizes campus events throughout the year. |

Cheerleading
Coach: Janell Woolard, ext. 2254 Members of the Lincoln Christian University Cheerleading squad have the responsibility of lifting the adrenaline, smiles, noise, encouragement, and Red Lion spirit across campus and throughout LCU athletic events. Cheerleaders are expected to attend all cheerleading practices, games, and additional meetings as scheduled. Cheerleading tryouts and interviews are held at the beginning of the fall semester for men and women. Watch for information announced through posters and emails. |

Chorale
Director: Jeff Colleen, ext. 2271 Chorale is a singing group that performs in Chapel, produces an annual Christmas production called "Christmas in the Chapel," and tours to churches and organizations across the United States. Members are chosen through auditions at the beginning of the fall semester. Watch for signs around campus or contact Jeff Colleen for audition and rehearsal dates and times. |

Student Cabinet
Advisor: Brian Mills, ext. 2310 Student Cabinet gives undergraduate students the opportunity to work closely with faculty, staff, and administration to communicate student needs and concerns. Student Cabinet is made up of executive officers, their committees, and resident assistants. Executive officers are elected in the spring for the following fall semester. Student Cabinet meets every Friday at 9:30am. |
