The Luminary
| The Luminary is Lincoln
Christian University's student newspaper. Published monthly, this paper
is student-led and staffed. We seek to enhance campus community by
reporting on current events impacting the student body, opening
dialogues on a variety of issues, offering interesting and informative
content, and showcasing our students' talents. All students are invited to participate in The Luminary through writing, copyediting, layout design, art, poetry, literature and photography. We know our students are busy, so we make sure most of these positions require 1-2 meetings or less per month. You don't have to write for us every month, unless you just want to. We accept submissions from students in all three schools on a freelance basis, so no commitment is necessary. To sign-up for articles, check this Web site for listings. After each month's planning meeting, articles will be posted here, along with a designation "assigned" or "available." Writers, photographers, or artists who would like to take an available assignment may do so by emailing Candra Landers or Megan Livingston. Suggestions for articles or creative submissions are also welcome at any time. Regular contributors should sign-up to follow The Luminary staff updates on Twitter @lculuminarycrew. |
