Be Aware of Scholarship Application Deadlines

The Seminary has a wide variety of scholarships available for students. They have differing deadlines, amounts, and criteria. Endowed scholarships may be available to new and returning students, but must be applied for before March 1. Use this application form to apply for all endowed scholarships. The Restoration Scholarship, President's Scholarship, and Dean's Scholarship application deadline is April 1. All applicants must have applied to the Seminary and been accepted before they can apply for scholarships.
Lincoln Christian University(LCU) offers three full-tuition Restoration Scholarships, awarded for up to 75 credit hours. Recipients must be first-time Master of Divinity students beginning in Fall 2010. Consideration is given to the students' undergraduate academic ability (3.5 GPA in the last 60 hours of undergraduate work), spiritual maturity, leadership potential, and active membership in a Restoration Movement church. LCU also awards a limited number of President's Scholarships for up to 18 hours paid tuition. To qualify for a President's Scholarship students must enroll in a Seminary degree program beginning Fall 2010, complete all 18 hours in the first two semesters, have a 3.5 GPA (4.0 scale) during last 60 hours of undergraduate work, demonstrate spiritual maturity, and leadership potential. A limited number of students who enroll in a Seminary degree program for Fall 2010 may qualify for the Dean's Scholarship, which is half-tuition paid for up to 18 hours. To qualify students must complete all 18 hours in the first two semesters, have a 3.5 GPA (4.0 scale) during last 60 hours of undergraduate work, demonstrate spiritual maturity, and leadership potential.
