Who we are:
Continuing professional education is not only valuable, but beneficial. Lincoln Christian University is committed to helping adult
learners continue their education both formally and informally through the Hargrove Leadership Institute (HLI) - the continuing and
professional education arm of LCU's Hargrove School of Adult & Graduate Studies.
What we do:
Our mission is to nurture and equip Christian leaders to serve and lead, in the not-for-profit sector, with a Biblical worldview and professional competency. Our goal is to help nonprofit organizations, parachurch organizations, and churches develop effective and efficient practices that, in turn, help them live their missions. HLI serves as a catalyst to better understanding and improved practices of leaders in nonprofit organizations.
