Student Apartments
The Student Apartment Complex provides comfortable and affordable living for students and families at Lincoln Christian University*. The apartments are open to students who are enrolled at least part time at LCU.
The Student Apartments consist of 56 apartments (32- one bedroom, 16- two bedroom, and 8- three bedroom apartments). All of the apartments are unfurnished and have carpeting, central air/heat, and include range, refrigerator, and garbage disposal. The three-bedroom units have two baths. Each apartment has its own private patio or balcony and convenient access to the laundry facility and storage rooms.
*Undergraduate students who are 23 years and older, married or have families are eligible for the apartments.

Costs: Effective June 1, 2009
- --One-bedroom - $385 per month with security deposit of $200
- --Two-bedroom - $420 per month with security deposit of $200
- --Three-bedroom - $455 per month with security deposit of $200
The cost of water, sewage, and garbage service is included in the monthly rental rate. Each renter pays separately for electricity and telephone service. Cable hook-up is available in each apartment, but must be paid for by the renter.
Lincoln Christian University requires a reservation form along with a $50 non-refundable apartment availability deposit to be put on the waiting list and hold an apartment. Apartment availability is on a first-come, first-hold basis for LCU students. (Three bedroom apartments are reserved for families with at least two children.)
- --If the incoming student decides to rent one of the apartments, the deposit will be applied to the security deposit.
- --If the incoming student decides to live off-campus, the $50 is forfeited.
- --If an apartment cannot be provided due to a shortage, the $50 will be refunded.
