Housing Rates 2009-2010 School Year
Traditional Housing (Ruth Hall – Women, Alumni Hall – Men):
2008-2009: $2677.50/semester ($5355/year) includes room and board
Student Apartments:
• Three-bedroom: $455 per month with security deposit of $200
• Two-bedroom: $420 per month with security deposit of $200
• One-bedroom: $385 per month with security deposit of $200
*Rates are for 2008-2009 academic year.
Water, sewage, and garbage service expenses are included in the monthly apartment rental rate. Electricity, telephone service, internet services and cable hook-up (available in each apartment) are the responsibility of the renter.
